Firm Profiles
Experienced Representation
Our attorneys are admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of Florida and are members of the Florida Bar.
Our litigation experience encompasses litigating cases through both the trial and the appellate process.
Additionally, we recognize that many cases do not necessarily require the drawn-out process of litigation. We also have experience and training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods such as mediation and arbitration.
In many cases, we can resolve your issue without the need to file a lawsuit. If, however, your circumstances necessitate a lawsuit, we are fully prepared and eager to proceed forward with litigation.
